Louise Ellis, BASES Accredited Sport Psychologist offers three methods of live online sports psychology & performance support to athletes, coaches and performance artists across the World of Sport & Performance. Athletes and coaches have the option of booking i) a live instant chat session using Athlete’s Mind Online® which is a secure, integrated chat-performance system only available on louiseellis.com. Athlete’s Mind Online® is the first instant chat support system uniquely integrated on a sports psychology & performance site for athletes across the World of sport. In addition to having a choice of booking a session using Athlete’s Mind Online®, athletes and coaches can also book an online session with Louise Ellis using universal methods of online support either via ii) Skype Video to Video or iii) Skype Voice. Booking an appointment at athlete’s mind online is very straight forward and you can receive sports psychology and performance guidance in the privacy of your own home, training camp or at competition wherever you are in the World.
You can select individual pay-as-you go-sessions or you can book a programme of sports psychology and performance support. The most important feature is that the performance techniques, programmes and interventions provided to you are personalised and based on live discussions with Louise in person, they are not generic online programmes which you download. Booking your very first session only takes around five minutes of your time from registering an account to booking and paying. The first step you have to decide is which method of online sports psychology and performance consultancy is best for you, you can select from the following three methods 1) the secure integrated online chat system available on this site; 2) Skype video and 3) the Skype voice system. Which method should I choose?
Online Chat
The secure online chat system is an instant typed text system available on www.lousieellis.com. At the agreed appointment time you will login to your account on www.louiseellis.com and we will connect to the same screen that only appears on our two computers and exchange instant conversation via typed text. The full conversation is available for you to see on your screen during the session and at the end of the session you also receive a full transcribe in your personal account. You can log back into your personal account at any time to reflect on the sports psychology and performance information provided. This option is beneficial for clients who are comfortable using a computer keyboard and want a written transcribe of their consultancy session and also for athletes particpating in deaf sports .
Skype Video or Skype Voice
If you would prefer live voice or video consultancy and have a Skype account you have the option of booking for video or voice consultancy sessions. If you do not have Skype you can download the latest, free version of Skype for windows. Follow the Skype download instructions and set up your Skype Id, please make a note of your Skype Id as you will need to provide this when you book or rebook a Skype session. At the agreed appointment time I will ask to connect with you via the Skype system, my id is leperformanceconsultingltd. Please accept me as a user / contact and then we can begin our session.
How to book – Overview
- Open up the registration page and select ‘register for Online Consultancy’.
- Complete your personal profile and accept the Online Services Agreement.
- Select a date from the calender and the time of your appointment. Also select which Country you are in. Your appointment will be confirmed in your local time and current UK time. To get an idea of the current time difference between your Country local time and the UK please click here at any time, but don’t worry this is done for you during the booking process.
- Select which consultancy package you require – instant typed chat, Skype video or voice.
- Pay using the Secure RBS World Pay server (payment options listed below).
- Print or make a note of your appointment details.
- Login to either www.louiseellis.com for instant chat when your time approaches or login into you skype account when the time approaches and accept the call from leperformanceconsultingltd.
- To Rebook another session or book for more packaged consultancy sessions please login into your personal account and book from there. For future sessions as part of a package appointments will be arranged between you and Louise in the session.
Payment & Consultancy options
During the booking process you will be asked to select one from the following payment / packaged consultancy options (below). You can book individual pay-as-you-go sessions or can buy into regular sessions and a programme of sports psychology and performance support. Payments are made in GBP (Great British Pound), for athletes booking outside of the UK your currency will automatically be transferred into GBP. To get an estimate of what it will cost you from GBP to your currency (e.g. dollars) please click here and key in the package price you are intending to buy during the booking process. Payments will be processed securely using RBS WorldPay. RBS Worldpay is the United kingdom’s number one payment processing system and processes millions of payments from around the World every day, securely and quickly. Is it confidential?
LE Performance Consulting Ltd is fully compliant with data protection regulations and any information you provide will be kept strictly confidential subject to the terms of the Online Service Terms and Conditions which you will be asked to agree to during the booking process. You can be reassured that by accepting this agreement your rights are also protected and any personal information and anything you discuss will be kept confidential, unless by Law I am required to divulge anything. Likewise you also agree that any Works, Systems, Materials provided or made available to You are the property of LE Performance Consulting Ltd and are protected by international Copyright and Intellectual property Laws which You have agreed to by accepting the Online Services Agreement. Please ensure you keep your passwords and computer secure during and outside consultancy sessions. Please do not share your passwords with anyone else or leave your account open.
Refund Policy:
LE Performance Consulting Ltd is fully compliant with Distance Selling Regulations. Upon booking you will be provided with the Online Service Terms and Conditions via email, this personalised agreement will also be posted into your account. Under Distance Selling Regulations You are entitled to seven working days’ cancellation notice, counting from the day after the contract was concluded. Your statutory rights are not affected, however, please do be courteous and try to provide at least 72 hours cancellation notice so another athlete can take your appointment. If you have booked for packaged consultancy your cancellation rights end as soon as the first session starts. If you require an urgent appointment and book less than 7 working days’ in advance You agree that you are forfeiting your rights to 7 working days’ cancellation period and Your cancellation rights will end when performance of the individual service or packaged service starts. Please note the additional cancellation terms under section 5 of the Online Service Terms and Conditions. You should also read our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Website Use.
